Christina Haack Says Ex Josh Hall Has Hit ‘a New Low’ After Debuting New Relationship: ‘Just Threw Up in My Mouth’

Christina Haack (formerly Hall) is speaking out after Josh Hall made his new romance Instagram official.

A day after Hall debuted his girlfriend, model Stephanie Gabrys, on Instagram, the HGTV star spoke out about their ongoing divorce (which has played out in the public eye) on her Instagram Stories.

Haack responded by reacting to a statement made by Hall’s spokesperson to Life & Style regarding her Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live interview in which she claimed the two are likely to go to trial because Hall “doesn’t want to do mediation.”

Hall’s spokesperson denied the claims, telling Life & Style it was “sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.”

The Christina on the Coast star shared a portion of the statement on her Instagram Stories, writing, “I just threw up in my mouth. Quoting a Mariah Carey song is a new low.. even for you. Trust me idgaf about Josh’s life. I do however care about his bts tactics. Narcissism at its finest.”

Hall filed for divorce after nearly three years of marriage in July, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to the filing obtained by PEOPLE. The document also stated that Hall was requesting spousal support from Haack, who also filed for divorce, a source confirmed at the time.

He debuted his new romance just days after a source told PEOPLE that he “met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for sometime,” noting that Hall “wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”

The news of his new relationship also coincides with confirmation that Haack is also seeing someone new.

Haack’s new boyfriend has been identified as Christopher Larocca, a California native who is president and CEO of Network Connex.
