Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have sold their Georgia mansion after it was on the market for over a year and faced multiple price cuts and foreclosure threats.

Amid their ongoing divorce, the reality star, 46, and former NFL player, 39, officially sold their Alpharetta home for $2.75 million in January, according to property records. As Kim and Kroy first listed the property for $6 million in October 2023, the final sale price amounts to less than half their original asking price.

The pair had previously cut the price several times in an effort to sell their home. They first brought the asking price down to $5.5 million in December 2023, then to $4.5 million in January 2024, and again to $4.2 million in June 2024. According to public records, the home was listed for $3.6 million in November 2024 before it finally sold for nearly $1 million less in January 2025.

Spread across 15,700 square feet, the sprawling property also features 11 bathrooms and seven bedrooms, PEOPLE previously reported.

It sits on 1.78 acres and includes a six-car garage; billiard and arcade rooms; a gym with a private massage room; a 500-bottle, climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar; a heated pool and a home theater.

The estranged couple’s daughter, Ariana Biermann, hinted at the upcoming sale in a December 2024 TikTok, in which she revealed it was her “last Christmas in my childhood home.”

In the post, the 23-year-old gave a tour of the nearly-empty mansion and included clips of her admiring each room. The video also featured some playful scenes of her chasing her siblings around the home, followed by her eventually giving them a big group hug.

“Last Christmas in my childhood home thank you god for the amazing memories w my family – goodbye,” she captioned her post.

In addition to Ariana — who Kroy legally adopted along with her older sister Brielle, 27, in July 2013 — the former couple also share four more children together: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11.

Earlier that month, the property was set to be sold at a public auction by Truist Bank, according to a notice shared by Fulton County. It had also previously appeared on the Fulton County foreclosure list, public records showed.

The home was first set to go up for auction in February 2023 after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they took out for the property in October 2012. However, a source later told PEOPLE that the two took “action to clear this up.”

News of the December auction came after Kroy claimed Kim was refusing offers on their home despite the property being at risk of foreclosure, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE in September 2024.

The former NFL linebacker claimed his estranged wife’s “frivolous spending” left them with their shared marital home as their only remaining asset. He also alleged that the property had been nearly foreclosed on “at least two times” before.

As a result of his ex’s alleged “disregard” of how their “financial situation will have devastating consequences” for them and their children, he requested that the court “force the sale of the home” for a price that he deemed acceptable and “remove [Kim] from any decision-making process.”

Kim and Kroy both filed for divorce in May 2023. In July that same year, they decided to call it off in an effort to reconcile, however Kroy filed for a second time a month later.

In December 2024, Kim shared an update on their heated split with TMZ: “Nobody has any idea what I’ve dealt with the last two and half, three years of my life,” she said.

When asked if Kroy was “too controlling,” she claimed, “To say the least,” and also alleged that the last few years have been “torture” for her amid their split.
