Victoria Goodwin posted a photo of the couple cuddling on the couch, one week before she was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit murder

Victoria Goodwin, the wife of Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin, who was arrested last week on charges of conspiracy to commit murder, posted several photos of the pair appearing to be happy in the weeks leading up to her arrest.
On Feb. 27 — one week before her arrest on March 6 — Victoria, 32, shared a photo of herself and her husband along with their pet cat cuddling up together on the couch, showing no hints of the trouble to come.
In the Instagram photo which appeared to be a point-of-view-shot, one of Victoria and Aaron’s legs could be seen as they sat together on a brown couch. Aaron appeared to wear bright blue sweatpants while his wife wore shorts and pink socks. He could be seen wrapping a hand around her knee with his wedding ring on his finger.
The couple’s gray pet cat could be seen snuggling in between the pair’s legs on the couch, and several boxes of collectables, including Pokémon cards, could also be seen scattered on the floor beneath the pair.

“Cuddle puddle with my boys 🩶🩶,” she captioned the photo.
Her previous post of the couple was on Valentine’s Day, where she posted a selfie of her and Aaron playing mini-golf. The two could be seen smiling happily at the camera with Aaron holding his club up. “Mini golf with my Valentine ❤️⛳️,” she captioned the post.
Aaron also shared his own Valentine’s Day post, showing the back of Victoria’s head as she appeared to take a swing at mini-golf. He captioned the post, “My valentine always beats me at mini golf ❤️.”
The photos came just a few weeks before she was arrested in Clark County, Nev. on charges of soliciting to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder, according to inmate records obtained by PEOPLE.
Police in Florida told TMZ — who first reported the news — that investigators found messages from Victoria to an inmate in a prison in the state from a confiscated phone about murdering her husband, Aaron. One of her alleged texts read, per the outlet, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”

Police told the outlet that she had provided the location and filming times of Ghost Adventures, which was being shot in California, to the inmate. The outlet also reports that, according to police, she had also set aside over $11.5K to pay the prisoner in October 2024, and they had also exchanged messages about a $2,500 upfront payment.
Victoria has denied plotting to have her husband killed and wanting him dead, police told TMZ. She also claimed that she had no recollection of sending messages to the Florida prisoner and alleged that she thought the money promised to be exchanged was for cell phones. However, she did concede that she and Aaron had been having marital issues.
Aaron told TMZ that he was blindsided by the news and thought the pair had been in a happy marriage.
He and Victoria wed in August 2022, with the Ghost Adventurers star sharing the news on Instagram alongside several photos of the celebration held at the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland. He posted photos of the pair dancing in a golden ballroom and happily exchanging their “I do’s” at the altar.
“It finally happened 💍 we got married. After postponing many times due to Covid we got our day. I couldn’t be happier ❤️,” he captioned the photos at the time.
