Since sparks began to fly between Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan about a year ago, the two were arguably the hottest couple of 2024.

That wasn’t Keoghan’s only connection to Carpenter’s music. Keoghan appeared to confirm that the lyrics in her song “Bed Chem” (which included “Who’s the cute boy with the white jacket/ and the thick accent?”) were about him when he commented on a Vogue TikTok of him in a (yes) white jacket at the Burberry show, saying, “he’s sart of like an Irish porson,” in reference to his heavy accent.

After joining Taylor Swift on stage during the Eras Tour stop in Sydney, Australia in February, Carpenter shared a sweet post on Instagram documenting the special moment.

In response, Keoghan dropped a “👸” in the comment section under the post. (That was one of the tamer comments from Keoghan, who was known to leave some spicy emojis — and cheeky support for “Bed Chem” — in her comments.)
